Processing & Shipping

We offer same day pickups and next day delivery, depending on stock on hand. Please drop an email or directly message us on instagram (pelzgalorehairltd) to request and place an immediate order - we always have limited stock on hand.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping duration is typically 3–9 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Please check reference below:

UK: 2-3 days

EU: 3-7 days

USA & CANADA: 3-7 days

Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been shipped and delivered. Please ensure that all order details, including product type, length, and quantity, are correct before completing your purchase.
